Training Ride: Chicago Suburbs

Route Options:
- 50 miles
- Meet at the Proviso East High School Parking Lot (807 S 1st Ave, Maywood, IL)
- Depart at 9:30 AM
- Expected return is 3:30 PM
- 32 miles
- Meet at Westmoore Woods (213 South Athens Court, Lombard, IL)
- Depart at 10:30 AM
- Expected return is 3:30 PM
Cost: Free! A complimentary light lunch and drinks will be served at the farm.
Join us as we bike along the Great Western Trail out to Pushing the Envelope Farm in St. Charles. A tour of the farm will be provided by Trish Margulies and there will be a brief description of the work of the Arava Institute and Hazon.

This ride is open to all cyclists. Ride leaders will be there to guide you. Participants are kindly requested to bring their own water and snacks. All riders are required to wear a helmet.
